Works well but not perfect

I like MoneyWiz. I came from Money from Jumsoft which was a piece of garbage (especially syncing between different devices was horrible…) and so MoneyWiz is a nice and much better alternative. Easy entering of transactions and syncing works perfectly, at least so far (which has been over a year already…). And although I can recommend this app to anyone there are a few shortcomings that might be addressed in the future or might not (some of those might only be problematic to me but still):
* income and expense categories are separate, this means that one cannot assign income categories to budgets, reports can only be created either for income or expense categories (it is really annoying that there is no way to get a balance report over ALL categories)
* if one has accounts in different currencies, the exchange rate used is not consistent and in some cases doesn’t make sense to me
* no investment accounts

Overall I am a very happy customer and can recommend MoneyWiz.
