Moved from Microsoft Money

After more than 16 years of using Microsoft Money, I have finally found something both affordable and fairly easy to use. There’s a bit of a learning curve, of course, which is to be expected after years of using the same old software. But this is the closest thing I have found to my old favorite. I can view/edit/add transactions on my iPad, iPhones and Apple Watch. it’s very easy to use once it’s set up correctly. My biggest hesitation in switching from Money (which I ran on my Mac through a series of hacks) was being able to forecast way into the future. Too many apps out there seem to focus on budgets. I’m sure that helps a lot of people, otherwise it wouldn’t be such a big hit, and this app does have a section for budgets, but it’s priority is to put you in the driver’s seat and let you see how you spend your money. I am glad I found this app and I’m glad I made the switch.
